1. Use of Website and Services

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement to use our site or rent a trailer. You agree to use our website and services only for lawful purposes.

2. Rental Terms

• Rental Eligibility: Valid driver’s license, proof of insurance, and a signed rental agreement are required.

• Rental Duration: Rental periods and rates are clearly defined at the time of booking.

• Security Deposit: A refundable security deposit may be required and will be returned if no damage is reported.

• Pickup/Return: All equipment must be returned on time, in clean and working condition, to avoid additional fees.

3. Prohibited Items & Uses

For safety and legal reasons, the following items and activities are strictly prohibited when using our trailers:

• Hazardous materials (e.g., chemicals, explosives, flammable substances)

• Live animals

• Unsecured heavy machinery

• Illegal goods or stolen property

• Overloading or towing beyond recommended capacity

• Subleasing or re-renting the trailer

4. Cancellations & Refunds

• Standard Cancellations: Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the rental period are fully refundable.

• Late Cancellations: Cancellations made within 48 hours of the rental period will incur a $50 cancellation fee.

• No Shows: No refunds will be issued for no-shows or failure to meet pickup requirements.

5. Payment & Pricing

We accept major credit/debit cards and cash. Rental pricing is subject to change without notice. Full payment is required before pickup or delivery.

6. Limitation of Liability

A1A Trailer Rentals is not responsible for damages, injuries, delays, or loss of property resulting from the use or misuse of rental equipment. Renters assume full responsibility for the trailer during the rental period.

7. Damage & Responsibility

You are responsible for any damage, theft, or loss that occurs while the trailer is in your possession. Repair or replacement costs will be deducted from your deposit or billed separately.

8. Changes to Services

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our website or services at any time, without notice.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this website (text, logos, graphics, etc.) is the property of A1A Trailer Rentals and may not be used or reproduced without written consent.

10. Privacy

We value your privacy. Information collected during rentals or through our website is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

11. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Florida and the United States of America. Any legal disputes must be resolved in a court located in St. Augustine, Florida.
