Refund & Cancellation Policy, A1A Trailer Rentals.

At A1A Trailer Rentals, we understand that plans can change. That’s why we’ve designed a fair and transparent cancellation policy to protect both our customers and our business.

Cancellation Policy

Free Cancellation: Reservations may be canceled at no charge if notice is given at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled rental time.
Late Cancellation Fee: Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled pickup or delivery time are subject to a $50 cancellation fee, which will be deducted from your refund or charged to the card on file.
No-Show Policy: If you do not show up for your scheduled rental and fail to notify us, the full rental fee is non-refundable.

Refunds

Refunds for eligible cancellations (those made 48+ hours in advance) will be issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Once the rental period has started, no refunds will be issued for early returns, unused time, or changes in trailer needs.
In the event that A1A Trailer Rentals is unable to fulfill your reservation due to equipment failure or other unforeseen issues on our end, a full refund will be issued.

Roadside Assistance

Please note that A1A Trailer Rentals does not offer roadside assistance. Customers are fully responsible for the trailer and its operation during the rental period, including ensuring proper towing, securing the load, and complying with all state and federal driving regulations.
